I switched from US Cellular to nTelos just recently. I was on my mom's plan with US Cellular and I was paying over $75 A MONTH FOR JUST ME! I didn't have a smartphone and I didn't even have data. I had maybe 350 minutes to use for myself. Now I have my own plan with nTelos and I am paying $80 a month for unlimited everything WITH A SMARTPHONE! Its unbelievable. I have WAY better service too. Now I am paying about the same amount and getting sooooo much more for the price. THANKS NTELOS!

We had most recently used US Cellular for our phone service, and we had also previously used Suncom, AT&T, and Sprint. We were not satisfied with the service or the costs of those providers, and looked into nTelos when our contract expired. We were able to get a better calling plan, better phones, and far better service for about $30 a month cheaper. We also convinced my in-laws to switch from US Cellular and join our family plan. They were able to add an extra line and now we have 4 active lines and we save at least $50 a month or more for what we have, it's hands-down the best deal in wireless. We recommend nTelos to everyone we know, and have convinced several friends and family members to switch.

I was originally with Verizon before nTelos. The prices of the plans seemed to be rising each year when the contract renewal was due. nTelos just seemed the easy choice... great coverage area, affordable coverage plans and fairly priced cell phones with a contract agreement. I also discovered by going to two nTelos store locations that their customer service training was accomplished and genuine. I am satisfied everytime I approach or call customer service representatives of nTelos!! I know they will be my cellular and Internet choice for years to come!

After years of having Verizon cell phones, we switched to nTelos. Verizon cell phones were useless at our house. We received no signal at all. We travel 4 months out of the year and the phones and air card work away from the house. Finally, we found out about nTelos when our neighbor let us use his phone. Oh, what a surprise... the phone works in all of the rooms and has full signal strength. As soon as my air card Verizon plan runs out, I will get the air card from nTelos. I love the signal strength, the great customer service and the price.
