Prepare for the update:

1. Your phone should be fully charged before executing the download.
2. A minimum of 20MB of available internal memory is needed. Press Menu » Settings » SD & phone storage » Internal phone storage
3. The upgrade needs to be executed tethered to a Windows computer.
4. The update will not delete any of your information:  Gmail account, email, application, contacts, etc.
